WATER INSULATION MORTAR (DOUBLE COMPONENT-SUPER ELASTIC POWDER)

SPECIFICATION
Acrylic & cement base, double component water insulation.

PROPERTIES
High adherence and elastically base. Water proof material can be under ceramic and alum surface.

APPLICATION AREAS
It can be use for swimming pools, water tanks, bathrooms, terraces.

SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION
Surface should be cleaned from porosity and surface cracks Application surface should be purified from moulding oil, dust, paint dust etch. which prevent adherence. Surface cracks & holes should be covered by Fixkim repair mortar and moistured before application.

PREPARATION & APPLICATION
Liquid compound (10 lt liquid & 20 kg. powder) is put in a cup & mixed by hand mixer until all nods are eliminated. Rest it 4 to 5 min. after than mix again to obtain homogenous mixture. The mortar which is fluid is spreader to the surface by using brush. After first layer is becoming dry second layer is spreader perpendicularly to first layer. Second layer is spreaded perpendicular to after than dry first layer .Applied thickness should not be more than 4 mm for each layer. Surface which will be walked , should be covered by alum or ceramic for ceramic coating, at the beginning watercatch double component water insulation material is used.After application flex ceramic and tile adhesive -granite flex and marble adhesive is used.
For the last layer application it should be waited a least 3 days.

NOTIFICATION
After application surface should be prevented from direct sun shine,rain & frozen.Application surface should be purified from moulding oil, dust, paint, dust etch. which prevent adherence. Expiry date is finished products should not mix with water or dried mortar. Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided. Gloves should be wearing

STORAGE
Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the original cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.

CONSUMPTION
For 1 mm thickness 2 kg. /m² powder component.
