THICK REPAIR MORTAR

DESCRIPTION: Cement base, & polymer additive can be used as thick layer levelling material, and for interior and exterior areas repairing of the cracks & holls.,and for finishing of the concrete & mortar surfaces and before ceramic application to obtain strong & smooth surface .

NOTIFICATION:Can not be added anything (Lime,Cement ,Gysum etch ) to mortar.Expired mortar can not be used.For improvement of the mortar ıt should be moistured periodically for 7 days. Can not be applied to the frozen surfaces.It should be protected to dry very fast Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided .Gloves should be worn

APPLICATION: 25 kg of THICK REPAIR MORTAR is added 4-5 lt water and mixed by hand mixer, Rest the mixture 5 min and mix it again till it becomes homogeneous.
For Surface smoothness
Prepard thick repair mortar is spread by using steel trowel.Finishing is made by using steel trowel or sponge .Application thickness is between 5-10 mm .For thicker than 10 mm application ,second layer application is recomended . Second layer is spreaded after the first layer is fully became dry
For Repairment:
Clean the plaster on the surface. Make V type section along the crack approximatelly 10 mm. Full fill the cracks and finish the surface.

SPECIFICATION: For the interior & exterior surfaces can be used as a repair mortar and thick plaster. It has high adherance & strenght .Resistant to water and frozen. Ideal for repaerig of the heavy surface cracks..

SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION: Application surface should be purified from mould oil,paint ,dust ,low adherance ,movable materials etch ,Surface should be moistured before application. For very smooth surfaces to increase the surface adherance FIXKIM PRIME COAT should be spread to the surface by using brush and before drying it should be applied.

STORAGE : Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the originall cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers.Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.
