DECORATIVE FACADE COATING MORTAR

DESCRIPTION: Cement base, resin & polymer additive,waterproof DECORATIVE FACADE COATING MORTAR

APPLICATION AREAS : Used as a finishing material for Expandable Polystyrene covering system on facades of all building with fine or thick plaster.

NOTIFICATION:Can not be applied to the surfaces which are exposed moisture for long time & wooden &,painted.

APPLICATION: 25 kg DECORATIVE FACADE COATING MORTAR is added 6,5-7 lt water and mixed Rest the mixture 5 min and mix it again 1-2 min. By using steel trowel the prepared mortar is spread homogeneously in 2 mm.thickness on the surface .Application thickness is dependent on the dimension of the material used.By using plastic trowel it is decorated. Surface should be moistured periodically in 7 days after application by water.

SPECIFICATION: High resistance for water & freezing .It has natural & decorative appearance.

SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION: Application surface should be purified from mould oil,paint dust ,low adherance ,movable materials etch ,It should be prevented from dust .Fixkim prime coat which improves adherance and prevents dusting should be applied by using brush.

NOTIFICATION: Can not be added anything (Lime,Cement ,Gysum etch ) to mortar.Expired mortar can not be used. DECORATIVE FACADE COATING MORTAR application should be made at least 7 days later of FIXKIMPOR PLATE MORTAR application .For improvement of the mortar ıt should be moistured periodically for 7 days. Can not be applied to the frozen surfaces.It should be protected to dry very fast Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided .Gloves should be worn.

STORAGE: Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the originall cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers.Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.
